WINNpass

The City of Winnipeg is now accepting applications for the WINNpass, its new low income transit pass program. The WINNpass allows eligible residents of Winnipeg to purchase adult monthly transit passes at a reduced rate.

The discount will be 30 per cent off the regular monthly adult fare for those who are eligible. The discount will increase to 40 per cent in 2021 and 50 per cent in 2022.

The program is currently accepting applications by mail, fax, and online.
